Eight months after the beginning of construction works, the reinforced concrete construction of the 21st Century Zlatibor Residence, Spa & Wellness complex, which is being built on Zlatibor by Adora Living Solutions, a company representing the internationally renowned Macedonian brand Adora Business Group in Serbia, has been completed.
The construction team working on the field, these days finished the last reinforcing-concrete slab of the building, the roof slab was installed, and masonry works were completed on 50% of the area of the complex. Works on the 21st Century Zlatibor facility are being carried out at full steam, the installation of facade carpentry has begun, and work is underway on the introduction of electrical and plumbing installations, as well as the installation of a sewer network. The next phase that will start soon are the works on the facade of the complex.
