Interview with Dusko Chifliganec in "Manager Capital" about the latest business challenges, investment in Serbia and the key to sustainability in times of crisis

In the mega interview "The Face of Modern Real Estate Development" in the latest issue of the economic magazine "Manager Capital", Dushko Chifliganec, Vice President of Adora Business Group, talks about current business and life topics in the uncertain pandemic time. He states that on the global business scene, now more than ever, the concept of "Modernize or Die" is evident, which means that the only way to survive and have comfort in this uncomfortable time is for every business to be extremely adaptable, flexible and strive for the latest, most advanced and most innovative practices.

“With the onset of the pandemic, the uncertainty became enormous and all previous analyzes were no longer relevant. We soon identified Zlatibor as one of the few places on the European map where real estate sales have increased dramatically, as a destination that is in huge expansion and has growing popularity, after which we acted quickly. Original and innovative, subtly created for mountain hedonism that will be enjoyed by satisfied and happy customers, the complex "21st Century Zlatibor Residence, Spa & Wellness" is the latest construction project of the Adora brand in neighboring Serbia, worth 15 million euros, which is the focus of my work”- says Dushko Chifliganec, vice president of Adora Business Group, which has expanded its business in other countries and areas of work. The youngest representative of the top management of Adora, estimates that the smart way of investing in the residential-hotel complex of Zlatibor, which has a high return on investment, is an adequate example and a great illustration of the flexibility and the exceptional importance of the ability to adapt quickly, which companies must possess in today's business environment.

"In these modern times, small details create the big picture and diversify the best from the rest. My success so far in the projects, where I was a project leader is based on the exceptional work dedicated to the margins, ie the details. And turst me, very often the amount of time invested in a particular job plays a bigger role in the success of what you are working on, than the money invested in it. This is a segment that the older generations may not have as much patience with as the younger generations like us have," said Dusko Chifliganec in an interview with Manager Capital, where he also spoke about cooperation with the Djokovic Foundation, investing in stocks instead of cryptocurrencies and his life slogan "We have to work to live, not the other way around."
